PURPOSE: A method for distinguishing Lentinula edodes line using laccase SNP marker is provided to establish an identification system through an SNP marker and to identify effect of polymorphism affecting pigmentation of Lentinula edodes. CONSTITUTION: A laccase SNP marker contains one or more bases of sequence numbers 6-8. The marker is used for distinguishing Lentinula edodes line. The marker has one or more bases among base sequences of sequence numbers 9-11. The marker contains one or more of bases o sequence number 15-17. The marker contains one or more bases of sequence numbers 18-20.
