PURPOSE: A system for developing and registering an application using a service component is provided to easily develop and register an application which final users use with a development a registration a service component supporting a part of function of the application executed in a device. CONSTITUTION: An integrated development environment means(100) enable a development of an intermediate application by using a programming language. An opening means(200) opens and reviews the intermediate application. A storing place(300) registers a final application accomplished through the open and the review.
