SOLENOID STRUCTURE FOR HEAD LAMP

PURPOSE: A solenoid for a head lamp is provided to convert beam of the head lamp by preventing a compression phenomenon after solving a heat-proof problem. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid is connected to a head lamp. A bottom(110) is inserted inside the solenoid and straightly moves according to a short circuit of a power source. A plunger(120) is included inside the solenoid. The plunger contacts with the bottom or does not contact with the bottom according to the movement of the bottom. A damper(130) is perpendicularly projected on the top center of the bottom. The height of the damper is 1 to 1.1mm. The damper is comprised of silicon material.
