PURPOSE: A method for isolating prenylated flavonoid from Cudrania tricuspidata (Call.) Bureau is provided to prevent sample loss. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating prenylated flavonoid from Cudrania tricuspidata (Call.) Bureau comprises: a step of extracting Cudrania tricuspidata (Call.) Bureau with an organic solvent to prepare an extract; a step of concentrating the extract by centrifugal partition chromatography(CPC). The CPC comprises a step of filling upper phase solvent in a rotor; a step of dropping the upper phase solvent and stabilizing two phases; a step of injecting the extract to prepare a fraction.
