PURPOSE: A safety rope is provided to easily determine rope change and to prevent accident in advance. CONSTITUTION: A safety rope which is able to determine rope change partially comprises a fiber yarn(31) for determining rope lifetime. The fiber yarn comprises a rope color layer at the outer part and concentric circles with different color layers inside. When the outer part is worn, another color appears. The fiber yarn is denatured by UV exposure.
