<p>Measuring cell (1) comprises: (a) a first chamber (11) for accommodating a thrombocyte-containing liquid sample, (b) a second chamber (12) which collects the liquid sample from the first chamber, if a centrifugal force acts on the measuring cell, and (c) a porous partition element (13) which separates the first and the second chambers from one another. The separating element comprises at least one soluble substance influencing the thrombocyte activity. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a device for simultaneously determining the thrombocyte function in several samples, comprising at least two measuring cells; and (2) determining the thrombocyte function, comprising (i) filling the first chamber of the measuring cell with a thrombocyte-containing liquid sample, (ii) applying the centrifugal force on the cell filled with the liquid sample, and (iii) measuring an amount of the liquid, which is collected in the second chamber or measuring the flow rate of the sample liquid in the second chamber of the measuring cell, where the amount of the collected liquid and the flow rate inversely correlates with the thrombocyte function.</p> |
