PURPOSE: A live-wire state low-voltage wire exploration system and a method thereof are provided to reduce a maintenance time and minimize manpower and material costs for maintenance. CONSTITUTION: An electronic load device(100) is installed at a terminal of a user side power line among power lines in a live wire state and generates a signal of specific frequency. A measuring device(200) is installed at one of the power lines in the live wire state. A detecting device multiplies the signal of the frequency by a current wave measured from the power lines and performs temporal integral until an AC component is zero.
