The apparatus (1) has a feed unit (2) for holding a functional element (11), where the feed unit is equipped with a holding device (24) for holding the functional element. The holding device is arranged parallel to a sheet (10) of a film by a pivoting movement and positioned in a region of the sheet of the film. The holding device is connected to a feed plate (20), where a surface of the feed plate is located parallel to the sheet of film. The feed plate or the holding device is pivoted about an axle (21) that is substantially perpendicular to the sheet of the film. An independent claim is also included for a method for feeding and fixing a functional element to a sheet of film. |
