PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus for fluid is provided to cool an object by using a vaporization humidification unit with low energy. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus for fluid cools water or air by generating low temperature humid air by using a vaporization humidification unit. The vaporization cools objects by using low temperature humid air generated the vaporization humidification unit and discharges the residual humid air outside. The low waste heat of the humid air is heat changed with dry air input to the vaporization humidification unit.
