PURPOSE: A curable organopolysiloxane composition is provided to obtain high refractivity, excellent scratch resistance and durability, and to maintain durability even under sever condition of high temperature at 150°C or more. CONSTITUTION: A curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises a liquid or solid silicone resin of a branched structure in chemical formula 1, organohydrogenpolysiloxane having two or more Si-H combination per one molecule, and an addition reaction catalyst. In chemical formula 1, R is a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent C1-8 hydrocarbon, 0.1-80 mol% of whole R is a C2-12 alkeynl group, and p and q us a positive number satisfying '2.02<=p+q<2.17, 0.2<=q/(p+q)<=0.95.
