PURPOSE: A tidal power generator with a structure for preventing foreign materials from becoming stuck is provided to protect a wing structure from seaweed and marine garbage. CONSTITUTION: A tidal power generator with a structure for preventing foreign materials from becoming stuck comprises a fixed structure(70), a support frame, a generating unit, a wing part(20), and a cover unit(30). The wing part connected to both sides of a rotary shaft comprises disc shaped wing units for enclosing the generating unit at a constant interval. The cover unit covers the front side of the wing part with protecting the interval from tidal current.
