PURPOSE: A battery with a cell-fixing element is provided to prevent vibration of cells and to improve vibration resistance of a cell laminate structure by inserting an element for fixing or supporting cells between cells in the cell laminate structure. CONSTITUTION: A battery(100) with a cell-fixing element comprises a laminate by arranging many battery cells(110) protruding electrode tap from one side thereof, and a case(150) accepting the laminate. In order to inhibit vibrations of the cell, a vibration-inhibitory element(130) is arranged between the outermost cell of the laminate and an inner wall of the case. The vibration-inhibitory element is a molding material injected to between th cell and the inner wall of the case. The vibration-inhibitory element is silicon.
