PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a rod is provided to have a uniform cell diameter and to reduce total weight. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a rod comprises next steps. An outmost layer is formed and a plastic profile manufactured with a first plastic forming composite composed of over 50 wt% of a semi-crystalline thermoplastic substance is compressed. A second plastic forming composite is inserted into a newly pressed profile within a calibrator. A newly formed rod is corrected and discharged and cooled. The rod is circular. The thermoplastic substance of the first plastic forming composite is selected from a group of polyamide, antiaromatics polyester, fluorine polymer, and polyphenylenesulphide. |
