PURPOSE: A damping device for reducing interlayer noise is provided to effectively reduce daily life noise having high and low ranges without the height increase of the device. CONSTITUTION: A damping device(100) for reducing interlayer noise comprises a main case unit(1), an auxiliary case unit(2), and elastic support units(3). The main case unit is fixed to a ceiling of a building. The auxiliary case unit is located at the inner side of the main case unit and can be coupled to a ceiling member of the building. The elastic support units are installed between the main and auxiliary case units and elastically support the auxiliary case unit to the main case unit.
