PURPOSE: Functional health shoes are provided to improve the health of a wearer by easily control the height of the front and rear sides of the shoes, and to attach and detach heels to the shoes for varying the shape of the shoes. CONSTITUTION: Functional health shoes include the following: shoe bodies(10) for inserting feet of a wearer; heels(20) installed on the bottom of the shoe bodies, having the different thicknesses on the front side and the rear side; bosses(22) protruded from the center of the heels, and rotatably inserted into fastening holes formed on the bottom center of the shoe bodies; and a stopper formed on the fastening holes.
