PURPOSE: A turbulence filtering type non-point pollutant reducing apparatus is provided to facilitate maintenance and repair by easily replacing fluidized bed media, filtering fabric, and filtering balls in a screen and a filter. CONSTITUTION: A turbulence filtering type non-point pollutant reducing apparatus includes a main frame(101), a first settling bath(110), a second settling bath(130), a first filtering bath(150), a second filtering bath(170), and a cover(190). The second settling bath includes screens(131, 135). One side of the second settling bath is separated from the first settling bath by a first partition(103). Solid materials in water are filtered through the screens. A second inclined guiding plate(139) is arranged at the lower side of the second settling bath.
