PURPOSE: A system for analyzing violence of a right of light and a method thereof are provided to supply a function manufacturing a 3D model in a program, thereby enhancing accuracy of an analysis result based on data of a drawing file. CONSTITUTION: A 3D model forming unit(10) generates an analysis drawing capable of enabling a computer to recognize building information based on a field location survey of a damage building and an attacking building. An observation condition inputting unit(20) inputs a value for setting an observation target direction, an observation target center point, and observation time of the analysis drawing. A light analyzing unit(30) analyzes sunshine duration based on the value. A shadow drawing writing unit(40) writes the shadow drawing for analyzing a location of a shadow by using time-based the shadow of the building based on the analysis result.
