PURPOSE: A device for inspecting and selecting a standard of a constant velocity joint cover fastening ring is provided to enhance workability of manufacturing the constant velocity joint cover fastening ring and a standard inspection and to provide a product of a good quality at low prices. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting and selecting a standard of a constant velocity joint cover fastening ring comprises an inner diameter inspecting member(1), a circulation transfer member(2), a welding inspecting member, an tensile strength inspecting member, a discharging member(5), and a selecting member(6). The inner diameter inspecting member inspects whether an inner diameter is proper or not by being inserted into a seating hole(11) where a fastening ring is rotated through a conveyor belt(10). The circulation transfer member vertically moves the fastening ring of the proper inner diameter being supplied to the inner diameter inspecting member up with a first cylinder(24) and horizontally moves the same back and forth. The welding inspecting member inspects the existence of a spot welding of the fastening ring. An inner side of a drill chuck operating aperture(41) is widened and the fastening ring is fitted into the exterior surface of the widened drill chuck operating aperture. The tensile strength inspecting member inspects the tensile strength of the fastening ring. The discharging member discharges the fastening ring which inspection is completed by the operation of a fifth cylinder through an discharging hole(51). The selecting member sends or drops the discharged fastening ring to a transfer conveyor(9), thereby selecting a product.
