PURPOSE: A dart pin for a capacitive sensing touch panel is provided to use the dart pin having static electricity for a dart game by transferring the static electricity to an adsorption plate through graphite. CONSTITUTION: A dart pin for a capacitive sensing touch panel includes graphite applying static electricity, a body for inserting the graphite, wings formed on one side of the body, and a conductive silicon adsorption plate. The adsorption plate includes a groove for inserting the body. The dart pin is integrated to the wings by an insert-extruding process.
