PURPOSE: A dispatch rider distribution service system and a managing method thereof are provided to enable a rider interface unit to earn more transport charges while processing the same dispatch rider service and enable a customer interface unit to receive a part corresponding to mileage as cash. CONSTITUTION: Customer interface units(1100) input transport order information for ordering the transport of a product. A dispatch rider service center(1200) records the transport order information in a database(1300) by receiving the same. The dispatch rider service center outputs a calculated transport charge to the customer interface units. The dispatch rider service center deposits the transport charge in an account designated by the customer interface units. Rider interface units(1400) receive a data communication signal indicating that the transport order information is received.
