摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for inducing the movement of stem cells in vivo is provided to induce/promote cell homing and to treat damaged tissue. CONSTITUTION: An implantable composition for treating damaged tissues contains IL(interleukin)-8, MIP(macrophage Inflammatory Protein)-3alpha, a derivative thereof, or biodegradable scaffolds containing chemotactic factors as an active ingredient. The chemotactaic factors are IL-8 and MIP-3alpha. The stem cells are autologous stem cells. The biodegradable scaffolds include PLGA[poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)], PLA(polylactic acid), PGA(polyglycolic acid), PCL(poly-epsilon-caprolactone), PAA(poly(amino acid)), polyanhydride, polyorthoester, collagen gel, or hydrogel.</p>
