<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of compost using fallen leaves and food waste is provided to facilitate manufacturing excellent quality of the compost by laminating the fallen leaves and food waste by turns, fermenting, disinfecting, and decomposing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of compost using fallen leaves and food waste comprises the following steps: (S1) laminating layers of fallen leaves and food waste layer at a constant rate on vinyl by turns and sealing the laminated composition with the vinyl; (S2) natural fermenting the sealed composition for 5-10 days; (S3) disinfecting harmful bacteria by adding lime to the natural fermented composition; (S4) obtaining humic soil by secondary fermenting the disinfected composition for over 1 month; and (S5) mixing the humic soil. In step (S2), a fermentation accelerator is added. A forest floor includes sawdust.</p> |
