TITANIUM ION WITHOUT HYDROFLUORIC ACID, THE PRODUCTION AND APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY

PURPOSE: A titanium ion aqueous solution and manufacturing technique and application technology thereof are provided to facilitate refining of titanium metal by maintaining titanium in ion state at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A titanium ion aqueous solution is manufactured by using anatase titanium dioxide and titanium tetrachloride as starting materials. The titanium ion aqueous solution includes nitrogen ion and sulfate ion. If the starting material is anatase titanium dioxide, the manufacturing method of the titanium ion aqueous solution comprises the following steps: providing titanium compound; liquefying the titanium compound by putting into a base solvent; putting a stabilizer into the liquefied titanium compound; and adjusting the pH of the liquefied titanium compound. If titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) is a starting material, the manufacturing method of the titanium ion aqueous solution comprises the following steps: providing the titanium compound; manufacturing titanyl chloride(TiOCl2) by adding water to the titanium compound; putting a stabilizer into the titanyl chloride solution; putting the base solvent into the compound; and adjusting the pH of the compound.
