摘要 PURPOSE: Fermented milk containing an Angelica gigas nakai extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the intestinal digestive capacity of the fermented milk. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of Fermented milk containing an Angelica gigas nakai extract comprises the following steps: removing foreign materials from Angelica gigas nakai, and cutting into the size of 0.5-2cm; mixing the cut Angelica gigas nakai and 15-25 deg C water in a ratio of 1:5, and settling the mixture for 12-18 hours; filtering the mixture using a 50-70 mesh net, and removing fibers and suspended materials from the liquid using a wet-milling device to obtain juice(S1); vacuum-extracting the juice at 45-65 deg C to obtain the extract, and freezing the extract at 30-40 deg c below zero(S2); crushing the frozen extract using an air-mill into 10-50 micrometers(S3); mixing 7-10 parts of Angelica gigas nakai extract powder by weight, 13-18 parts of milk solid contents by weight, and 3-5 parts of glucose by weight to obtain 100 parts of fermented milk by weight; sterilizing the mixture at 95-98 deg C for 10-15 minutes, and injecting lactobacillus after cooling the mixture at 35-42 deg C, and culturing the mixture to obtain the fermented milk(S4); and concentrating the fermented milk, and packaging the concentrated and fermented milk in a container(S5).
