PURPOSE: An RFID infrastructure remote controlling device and a method thereof are provided to monitor in real time an RFID infrastructure which a distribution transaction trades in a central control center during the distribution transaction between countries, thereby consistently and steadily maintaining global distribution information synchronization of each product level. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring information processing unit(211) monitors a remote RFID infrastructure including a component for processing global distribution information of each product level. The monitoring information process unit receives and processes monitoring information. A state checking unit(213) requests infrastructure state information for the infrastructure, and checks the state of the infrastructure by receiving the infrastructure state information. An obstacle determining unit(215) determines an obstacle for the infrastructure by using an infrastructure management rule, a result of the state checking unit, the monitoring information, and the infrastructure state information.
