PURPOSE: A honeycomb structure type environment friendly air vent, a manufacturing method of the environment friendly air vent, and an EMP protection chamber are provided to maintain ventilation for agreeable indoor by installing an environment friendly air vent on a wall and a ceiling of an EMP protection chamber. CONSTITUTION: A coupling protrusion and a coupling groove are formed in a concave part(110) and a convex part(120). A tin band(200) is fused after touching the concave part and the convex part. The tin band is welded in order not to be contacted in a space of a pore.
