PURPOSE: A floating structure for the spawning of fishes is provided to enable the stable spawning of fishes even in a water level change by maintaining the position of an underwater fixed structure. CONSTITUTION: A floating structure for the spawning of fishes comprises a floating body(100), an underwater fixed structure(200), fiber ropes(300), a weight(400), and a fixing block(500). The floating body supports the underwater fixed structure. The underwater fixed structure has multiple vertical connection members(210) and fixed plates(220) and supports the fiber ropes. The fiber ropes are installed on the bottoms of the fixed plates to be separated from each other. The weight increases the weight of the underwater fixed structure. The fixing block fixes the underwater position of the underwater fixed structure.
