PURPOSE: An advertising cost assisting method and a system thereof are provided to reduce cost-bearing caused by the installation of new toilet partitions and replace old and damaged toilet partitions. CONSTITUTION: A server(110) calculates an exposure time of the advertisement contents according to support funds by using Information about the support funds of one or more advertisers, advertisement contents of each advertiser, and information about a floating population. An advertisement terminal(120) calculates the information about the floating population. The advertisement terminal performs advertisement according to the exposure time calculated by the server.
