PURPOSE: A water meter integrated type water treating apparatus using magnets is provided to extend the contact time of water with respect to the magnetic force of magnets and the retention time of the water by passing the water through a space based on the inner sides of water pipes, the surfaces of magnets, and screw springs. CONSTITUTION: A water meter integrated type water treating apparatus is composed of screw springs(40) and two or more magnets(30). The screw springs are formed at one inner side or both inner sides of water pipes(20a, 20b) in connection with both sides of a water meter(10). The magnets are adjacently arranged to the inner sides of the screw springs. Gaps are formed between the magnets to the longitudinal direction of the water pipes. Water flow paths are formed between the inner sides of the water pipes, the screw springs, and the magnets.
