TRAILER SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A trailer system for an electric car is provided to secure driving distance by connecting a trailer to the electric car through a sub battery. CONSTITUTION: A trailer body part is selectively connected to an electric car in which a main battery is mounted. A sub battery is installed inside the trailer body part. The sub battery supplies electrical energy to the electric car. A controller uses the electrical energy of the sub battery. The controller charges the main battery with the electrical energy of the sub battery. A BSM(Battery Management System) is installed in a trailer for managing the sub battery.
