PURPOSE: A system for distributing RFID(Radio Frequency ID) tag application products for a smart terminal user and a method thereof are provided to enable a consumer to easily confirm product information in real time by immediately generating a 2D bar code without preparation for an extra RFID reader. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturer(100) includes the followings. A tag registering unit(110) registers an RFID tag attached to a product. A product database(130) stores product information of the registered RFID tag. A server(120) connects to the internet in order to provide information stored in the product database. An RFID reader of a selling company(200) recognizes the RFID tag. A converter of the selling company converts the recognized RFID tag into a 2D bar code.
