LINEAR VIBRATOR AND MANUFACTURING OF THEREOF

PURPOSE: A vibration generator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to install a fixing unit by forming a combining groove for installing the fixing unit on a weight. CONSTITUTION: One side of a case(10) is opened. A vibrator is comprised of a weight(20) and a magnet(30). One end of an elastic unit is combined with the case. The other end of the elastic unit is fixed and combined with the weight. The elastic unit is comprised of flat surface units and a connection unit. The connection unit interlinks the flat surface units. A plate(60) closes the opened one side of the case. A coil(50) is arranged on the plate having a predetermined gap with a magnet. A back-yoke is installed in an internal space of the weight in order to improve magnetic force of the magnet.
