METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COMMUNICATING BASED ON CODE SELECT BINARY CDMA

PURPOSE: A communication method and apparatus based on a code select binary CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) are provided to lower a PAPR(Peak to Average Power Ratio) by fundamentally preventing the generation of similar analog output signals. CONSTITUTION: A orthogonal code combination including a minimum number of orthogonal codes is maintained. Three orthogonal codes having orthogonality are generated from the orthogonal code combination using M-3 bit data(S104). An additional orthogonal code is generated using the selected three orthogonal codes(S106). Additional data is generated using 3-bit data excluding M-3 bit data(S110). A final transmission signal maintaining an amplitude within a specified range is outputted using the three orthogonal codes, the addition orthogonal code, the 3 bit data, and the additional data(S114).
