A device for displaying help in a machine tool and a recording medium thereof are provided to offer convenience and the correct help to an operator by displaying the help for abnormal situations frequently generated during operation of an NC machine tool to a tool monitor. A help button input part(30) is used for displaying the help. A screen display part displays an initial help screen based on input of the help button input part. A help display part displays the previously inputted help to the initial help screen displayed to the initial help screen display part. A screen returning part returns the present screen to the previous screen before the initial help screen based on the input of the help button input part. The help screen display part comprises a plurality of screen pages. The help screen displays the current page at the same time. |
