PURPOSE: A 3D resource security system for providing a customized virtual world service and a method thereof are provided to regenerate an effective resource and check a resource which a user terminal downloads, thereby safely protecting resource use. CONSTITUTION: A script parsing unit(132) parses location information and use information by reading the location information is about a location of a resource and a script is about the use information necessary for use of the resource. A resource download unit(133) downloads the resource necessary based on the location information according to a parsing result. A resource check unit(134) checks validity of the resource downloaded. A resource engine(135) controls the valid resource according to a check result for use according to the use information parsed.
