PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to uniformize the surface resistance of a substrate between solar cells. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer(120) is formed on one side of a substrate(110). A rear electrode(150) is formed on the other side of the substrate. An antireflection layer(130) is formed on the emitter layer. A front electrode(140) is connected to the emitter layer via the antireflection layer. |
