<p>PURPOSE: A catalyst for manufacturing biodiesel and a method for manufacturing the biodiesel using the same are provided to minimize the deactivation phenomenon of the catalyst due to water using a carrier with the high water-resistance. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst used for hydrogenation or decarboxylation is contained in a carrier with the high water-resistance. The catalyst includes VIB family metal. The catalyst further includes VIIB family metal or VIII family metal. The carrier is zirconia, titania, aluminium phosphate, niobia, zirconium phosphate, titanium phosphate, silicon carbide, carbon or the mixture of the same. The VIB family metal is Mo or W. The VIII family metal is Ni, Pd, or Pt. The VIIB family metal is Co, Ru, Fe, Mn or Ir.</p> |
