The device has a glass tank (4) containing garra rufa fish and water, and a water treatment device (16) adjacent to the tank. The water treatment device includes a first compartment (9) connected to a TAP 200(RTM: water purifier), and a second compartment (12) with a biological and/or mechanical filter. A third compartment (13) communicating with the second compartment is connected to a UV lamp. The third compartment is in communication with tank to discharge water treated by the compartments into tank so as to allow renewal of clean water in tank during utilization of the device.
