The bearing has a rotary element fixed in a rotary geometrical reference frame without contact with a fixed element. The rotary element has a rotary deflector (32.2) located radially inside an annular fixed deflector (32.1) in an annular protection volume (36). A multipolar magnetic encoder ring (40) is fixed at the rotary deflector and placed in the volume relative to an opening (42) of the fixed deflector. An additional deflector (32.3) is located radially inside the fixed deflector and forms additional pressure loss (35) between an annular inner volume (14.1) and the protection volume. The additional deflector is made of plastic or sheet metal.
