The device has a lighting unit (10) in which a receiver (20) is placed. The receiver receives light signals from a transmitter of a flying apparatus such that a lighting command is performed until the received signal corresponds to determined conditions. The receiver is placed between the lighting unit and a power supply system. The receiver is coupled with an ambient luminosity detection sensor (34) such that the receiver does not control the lighting unit when the detected luminosity values are lower than a given threshold. An independent claim is also included for a wind turbine.
