PURPOSE: An ice ball launcher is provided to move to a target position by rapidly setting coordinates, to hit right after moving to the target position, and to hit while changing a size of an ice ball. CONSTITUTION: An ice ball launcher comprises a fixing plate(10), a rotation guide plate(20), a base bracket(30), a shoot guide member(40), a storage tank(50), a shooting unit(60), and a driving motor(70). The fixing plate prevents an ice ball(I) from leaving out a set position by forming penetrated launching holes(11). The rotation guide plate is installed on the top of the fixing part and rotated and comprises an ice ball mounting holes(21). A connection hole being connected to a driving motor is formed in the central part of the rotation guide plate. The base bracket is installed by being connected to the fixing plate and spaced at a constant interval. The shoot guide member is connected and installed to/in the launching holes of the fixing plate. The storage tank is installed in the base bracket, thereby storing a gas and air.
