The jacket (20) of a cylinder housing, comprises a inner cylindrical wall (28) and an outer cylindrical wall (22), where the volume defined between the inner and outer walls is partially filled with a lubricant coating material present in the form of powder (24). The material of the lubricating coating includes a solid lubricant. The inner wall has a thickness of 0.1-1 mm, and the outer wall has a thickness of 1-2 mm.
