<p>The device has a driving part i.e. wheel (1) forming a carrier plate of transmission chains of a bicycle to provide mobility by rotation of a connecting rod (3). The rod is secured to a shaft (4) that is articulated in a bearing of the bicycle. A crank is secured to the shaft, where the shaft has an end (6) for receiving an axle (7).
