The device has two folding housings (11, 12) comprising a winding tube and occultation sheets, where ends of the sheet are integrated with draw bars (31, 32). A locking/unlocking unit of an articulated connecting unit of the bars achieves a locking position and an unlocking position, where the unit blocks the bars in the locking position such that the bars are aligned, and the unit allows folding of the bars around the articulated connecting unit in the unlocking position. An attaching unit and a joining element (8) form a zipper(RTM: Slide fastener).
