PURPOSE: A filled-wall pipe for indicating classifications using waste plastic and industrial wastes is provided to prevent the damage of the pipe by forming an indicating fixing groove on the external portion of coating members into uneven groove shape. CONSTITUTION: A filled-wall pipe(10) for indicating classifications using waste plastic and industrial wastes comprises a filler material(11), a coating member(13), an indicating fixing groove(21), and a classification indicating member(20). The filler material is composed of 30 to 70wt.% of waste plastic, 20 to 40wt.% of industrial waste, 5 to 15wt.% of shrink-proofing agent, 15 to 25wt.% of filling material, 5 to 15wt.% of modifier, and 0.1 to 1wt.% of additive. Reinforcing uneven grooves(12) are formed in the external surface of the filler material and then the external surface is coated with the coating member. The classification indicating member is formed by forming the indicating fixing groove in the external surface of the connection lateral sides(14) of the coating member. The uneven grooves are formed in one shape of V, hemi-sphere, or a shape corresponding to a half of a hexagon.
