PURPOSE: A valve inspecting system is provided to easily open and close a valve with power of a motor and to inspect the faulty or worn-out state of the valve. CONSTITUTION: A valve inspecting system comprises a link part(100), a valve switching part(200), a rotation detecting part(300), and a control part(400). The link part comprises a first link bar(120) and a second link bar(140). The first link bar is horizontally rotated by a first motor(122). The second link bar is connected to the end of the first link bar and is horizontally rotated by a second motor(141). The valve switching part comprises a valve key(220) and a spin check(240). The valve key opens and closes a valve of a pipe embedded under the ground. The spin chuck is coupled to the end of the second link bar and fixes the valve key with a third motor(242) to rotate. The rotation detecting part detects the rotation quantity of the valve key. The control part controls the operation of the first to third motors and inputs the signals of the rotation detecting part.
