PURPOSE: An encapsulating material sheet for a solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a cell caused by pressurization through a pressure dispersion effect. CONSTITUTION: The length(2b) of a cylindrical body in a concave part is 0 to 2000μm. The radius(r) of a half circle, which respectively touches the top and bottom of the concave part, is 50 to 400μm. The center of the concave part is formed on the surface of an encapsulating material sheet in a massive hexagonal array form. The concave part is formed on one side or both sides of an encapsulating material sheet. EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) copolymers and all kinds of additives are mixed with in the encapsulating material sheet so that encapsulating material sheet is processed to be 200μm to 800μm thick. |
