The lanyard (1) has two snap hooks (3) attached at ends of a link (2) so as to be engaged simultaneously or separately with a cable (4). Each hook includes a hook body (30) having two ends defining a gap in which a clasp (31) is installed. The clasp includes locking/unlocking mechanisms mechanically connected by a Bowden cable (57) so that unlocking of the clasp drives locking of another clasp. Each clasp is formed with a hub that is rotatably mounted to one of the ends of the body. The hub includes two extending arms engaged in relation with the other for closing the ends of the hook body.
