PURPOSE: A functional bra cup using non-woven fabric and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to give convenient wearing feeling and body shaping effects by including nonwoven fabric part. CONSTITUTION: A functional bra cup(1) using non-woven fabric comprises outer cover and inner covers(10) and supporting portions(20). The outer and inner covers accept breast by being attached to each other. The non-woven fabric supporting part is inserted between the outer and inner covers. The non-woven fabric supporting part is pressed and formed into a U-shape and supports the lower part and the exterior part of the breast. The non-woven fabric supporting part is installed at the bottom and side parts of the bra cup. In the outer and inner covers, a material layer and a cushioning layer are welded at different compressive strength. The thickness of the cushioning layer is getting thicker towards the lower center. The bra cup additionally includes seam width portions(30) along the lower outer circumference of the non-woven fabric supporting part. |
