<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an induction heating cooker which enables an uplift prevention plate to be easily installed and can inhibit temperature rise of the uplift prevention plate. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises: a body case 2; a top plate 21; induction heating coils each having a circular contour; uplift prevention plates 15 provided between the top plate 21 and the respective induction heating coils; holding means holding the induction heating coils; a blower 57 supplying cooling air; an infrared type temperature detection element 31R provided to vertically penetrate a center part of the induction heating coil for detecting a temperature of a heated object; and a duct 43 distributing the cooling air from the blower 57 to predetermined positions of the heating coils. A first gap is formed between at least either between the induction heating coil and the uplift prevention plate 15 or between the uplift prevention plate 15 and the top plate 21, and thereby a part of the cooling air supplied from the duct 43 toward the induction heating coils is supplied around the temperature detection element 31R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
